The App
It has no name yet. Until we find one, we call it The App. In Romanian: Aplicația.
A request leaves the customer’s phone, gets quotes from service companies and ends with a team on site. No chain of phone calls and no sticky notes.
how it works
From request to job done
- step 1
The customer sends a request
From the app: pick the field, tick what needs doing and add details.
- step 2
Companies send quotes
The request appears in the panel of the companies in that county. Each request gets at most three quotes.
- step 3
The customer chooses
They see the estimates and the proposed dates and pick one. The company assigns the team.
- step 4
The team solves it
The technician closes the job from the app, with a final price. The customer rates it. Issue closed.
